Shri Balaji Sugars began its journey in 2015, driven by a vision to revolutionize the sugar industry.
18 MW Power Generation
In 2015, we initiated our co-generation plant with an installed capacity of 18 MW, utilizing bagasse for efficient energy production
Capacity Expansion
We increased our crushing capacity from 3,500 TCD to 5,000 TCD, boosting production efficiency and output.
Major Expansion in 2020
We upgraded our crushing capacity from 5,000 TCD to 7,500 TCD, increased power generation to 20.25 MW, and commissioned a 60 KLPD distillery.
Expansion to 10,000 TCD
We scaled up our operations by enhancing crushing capacity from 7,500 TCD to 10,000 TCD for greater efficiency.
Distillery Expansion
In 2022, our distillery capacity was expanded from 60 KLPD to 200 KLPD, enabling higher ethanol production and meeting growing industry demands.
29 MW Milestone
We boosted our power generation capacity to 29 MW in 2023, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy output.
