How We Capture CO₂

During the fermentation of molasses to produce ethanol, significant amounts of CO₂ are naturally released. We’ve implemented advanced CO₂ recovery technology to:

  • Capture fermentation gas

  • Purify and liquefy CO₂ to food-grade standards

  • Store and supply in pressurized cylinders or tanks
